Full-Time Teacher
Training Wheels Child Care Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Teacher to join our team. As a Full-Time Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.Responsibilities:Create lesson plans and develop curriculum that aligns with the center’s educational philosophy.
Ensure that all classroom activities are developmentally appropriate and meet the needs of individual children.Encourage parent involvement and provide regular updates on the child’s progress.
Maintain accurate records of children’s attendance, progress, and development.Collaborate with other teachers and center staff to provide a cohesive learning environment.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a licensed child care center.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and center staff.
Passion for providing high-quality care and education for young children.
Starting Salary: $42,000 per year
Full-Time Assistant
Training Wheels Child Care Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Teaching Assistant to support our team of teachers. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work under the direction of the lead teacher to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for children.Responsibilities:Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
Provide support for children with individual needs.
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of classroom materials and supplies.
Supervise and monitor children during classroom and outdoor activities.
Build positive relationships with parents and families.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or enrolled in a program to obtain the credential.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and center staff.
Starting Salary: $32,000 per year
Part-Time Classroom AideTraining Wheels Child Care Center is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Classroom Aide to join our team.
As a Classroom Aide, you will provide support to the lead teacher in creating a safe and engaging learning environment for children.Responsibilities:Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
Provide support for children with individual needs.
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of classroom materials and supplies.
