Full-Time Teacher
Training Wheels Child Care Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Teacher to join our team. As a Full-Time Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.
Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans and develop curriculum that aligns with the center’s educational philosophy.
- Ensure that all classroom activities are developmentally appropriate and meet the needs of individual children.Encourage parent involvement and provide regular updates on the child’s progress.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s attendance, progress, and development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and center staff to provide a cohesive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a licensed child care center.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and center staff.
- Passion for providing high-quality care and education for young children.
Starting Salary: $42,000 per year
Full-Time Assistant
Training Wheels Child Care Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Teacher to join our team. As a Full-Time Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Provide support for children with individual needs.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of classroom materials and supplies.
- Supervise and monitor children during classroom and outdoor activities.
- Build positive relationships with parents and families.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or enrolled in a program to obtain the credential.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and center staff.
Starting Salary: $32,000 per year
Part-Time Classroom Aide
Training Wheels Child Care Center is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Classroom Aide to join our team. As a Classroom Aide, you will provide support to the lead teacher in creating a safe and engaging learning environment for children.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Provide support for children with individual needs.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of classroom materials and supplies.
- Supervise and monitor children during classroom and outdoor activities.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
